These Terms govern your use of services provided by Idrisweb Digital Limited.

Services Offered:

We provide website development, graphic design, and digital marketing services. All services are customized based on the client’s requirements and scope of work.

Payment Terms:

• Invoices are issued based on agreed milestones or service packages.

• Payment is due within [e.g., 7/14] days of invoice receipt.

• Late payments may result in paused services or additional charges.

Project Scope:

All work begins after mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing. Requests outside the scope will incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients must provide accurate, timely feedback and materials necessary to complete the project.

Intellectual Property:

Clients retain rights to content they provide. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools or code unless otherwise agreed.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination will still apply.
